What is Counselling?
Counselling can change your life, I am living proof of that as I had counselling as part of my journey in recovering from a severe anxiety disorder. My job is to listen to your worries, problems, anxieties and stresses, to help you understand better what is happening. I then support you in finding new coping mechanisms that allow you to deal with life in a much more positive way. I do not judge you or your situation. You will find that you are amongst millions of people that feel, or have felt, the same way as you and I use various techniques to help you understand what is going on and find solutions to your issues.
I am an integral counsellor, meaning I’m trained in lots of different methods to help you. All of your therapy sessions are tailored specifically to your needs as the client. I also encourage you to set goals, which we review regularly, so you can see your progress. I offer both short and long term therapy.

Counselling Therapy Fees:
Complimentary phone consultation
We can arrange this at a time to suit you, or you can just give me a call and inform me you’d like your phone consultation. Here you can ask me anything you like and tell me about why you’re seeking therapy. I will then explain what I do and how best I can help you based on what you’ve already told me. If you wish to you can then arrange your first session with me, the Initial Consultation.
The initial consultation
This is where I will ask you to provide even more in depth information and we set your goals for therapy. I ask clients to set goals because when we review these goals we can accurately see your progress. I aim to give you some coping techniques in this session also to help you asap. The Initial consultation is 50 minutes.
Price for Initial consultation: £60
We then meet regularly for 50 minute counselling sessions. I pre-book therapy sessions to ensure you have the times and dates that you need. I offer both face to face and Skype sessions.
